Manufacturing of sheet metal products and parts
N K Industries started in sheet metal fabrication and is equipped to work with an array of materials as an end-to-end process chain. Our sheet metal portfolio includes an extensive number of complex components. These include, Industrial components, Dairy equipments, as well as Retail displays, Modular work stations for corporate offices, totems for Hospitality and educational institutions. All production work is done in our 8,000 sq. ft. Anand facility. All Designing, Detailing and prototyping is done at our Mumbai works.

Machining & Fabrication
Our process begins with raw, block material or Sheet Metal, be it Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum and Brass we machine it or fabricate it into smooth, precision units.

All machining and fabrication takes place in our state of the art workshop. We have milling and turning centers that work to process metal l into functioning components. Our manual machinery includes tapping, drilling, welding. With our Hydraulic Shearing and CNC Press Brakes we are able to manufacture and fabricate components of high quality and precision.

Assembly
We produce machined and fabricated singular parts, as well as complete assemblies. Our assembly work has been used in projects around the country, from Industrial components, to dairy equipments, also retail display systems, Totems, modular furniture and many more. Our team of experts completes all assemblies in-house or at site, and according to exact customer specifications. We ensure each assembly is created using the highest quality of construction. Finished pieces can be shipped, ready-to-install.

Finishing
We can provide multiple end finish and treatments. Most clients opt for end stage surface finishing, usually to lessen wear and tear, and to enhance the visual look of parts.
